I don’t ever want to end your service with an expectation. I want you to leave feeling my genuine gratitude for choosing to spend your time and money with me!​

Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire treatment.

No children are allowed during treatments, so please ensure childcare is arranged prior to your appointment.

You must submit both consent and consultation forms electronically prior to your appointment! This is very important for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities. All minors must have their forms signed for by a parent or guardian.

If you feel sick or have any sickness symptoms, please cancel your appointment (cancellation fees may apply, but will be on a case-by-case basis).

Both of our time is extremely valuable, so let's respect each other's schedules!

I totally understand that life happens, so I can be flexible! Please contact me at least 48 hours ahead of your requested appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel.​

Due to an unfortunate increase in "no-shows" and last minute cancellations, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. If a last minute rescheduling, cancellation, or "no-show" for your treatment occurs, I reserve the right to charge  your credit card on file according to my cancellation fees below:

 

- Less than 48 hours notice will result in a $50 fee

- Zero notice/"no-show" will result in 90% of the reserved service charged to the card on file

I also allow for a very generous grace period of 15 minutes; once this time has lapsed, we will have to reschedule (cancellation fees will apply). Communication is KEY!  There are many moving parts to my business and this causes a domino affect.

I accept all major credit cards and cash. No checks will be accepted. â€‹

If you are in any way dissatisfied with a service or product, please let me know immediately so we can come to a resolution together! I am committed to your absolute satisfaction!
